Dr Kenneth Tan is a Consultant Family Physician with a Master of Medicine in Family Medicine (NUS) and additional postgraduate training in Clinical Dermatology (Queen Mary University of London) and Sports Medicine. He is a Fellow of the College of Family Physicians Singapore (FCFPS), an Adjunct Lecturer at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS, and serves as Associate Programme Director for the Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine. Dr Tan is a Council Member of the College of Family Physicians Singapore and Sub-lead of the Class Primary Care Network. He is committed to comprehensive, evidence-based care and to building long-term relationships with patients and their families through continuity, clear communication and shared decision-making.

Dr Jonathan Tan is a Family Physician with more than 10 years of experience in primary care. He has a particular interest in palliative care and chronic disease management, and is committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care for individuals and families across all life stages. Dr Tan believes in a personalised, patient-centred approach to healthcare, with open communication and strong emphasis on patient education and shared decisions.
