Dr Kenneth Tan is a Family Medicine Specialist, registered on the Singapore Medical Council Specialist Register in Family Medicine, with a Master of Medicine in Family Medicine (NUS) and additional postgraduate training in Clinical Dermatology (Queen Mary University of London) and Sports Medicine. He is a Fellow of the College of Family Physicians Singapore (FCFP), an Adjunct Lecturer at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS, and serves as Associate Programme Director for the Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine. Dr Tan is a Council Member of the College of Family Physicians Singapore and Sub-lead of the Class Primary Care Network. He is committed to comprehensive, evidence-based care and to building long-term relationships with patients and their families through continuity, clear communication and shared decision-making.

Dr Gan Wen Ying is a Family Physician who completed her Family Medicine residency and obtained a Master of Medicine (Family Medicine) from the National University of Singapore. She provides holistic, evidence-based care with an emphasis on building long-term relationships with her patients and supporting them through different stages of life. In addition to her clinical work, Dr Gan is actively involved in medical education. She serves as Clinical Examination Faculty at Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, a Part-time Lecturer at the Centre for Healthcare Simulation, and a tutor for the Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine. Her teaching work reflects her interest in nurturing the next generation of doctors. Dr Gan believes in clear communication, shared decision-making, and delivering care that is both medically sound and personally meaningful to her patients.

Dr Lim Jietong graduated from the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine in 2011 and completed her Family Medicine Residency with SingHealth, after which she served as a Resident Physician at Outram Polyclinic. From 2019 to 2022 she practised at a general practice in semi-rural New Zealand, and subsequently worked as a locum doctor in both New Zealand and Singapore before returning to Singapore in April 2024. She has since worked across nursing home, polyclinic and private GP settings. Her interests are in psychological health, lifestyle medicine, education and community collaborations.
